Online support and guidance to implement changes in Legislation - e.g. KCSiE annually
Online Training in Safeguarding Children and Young People Level 1 (Induction), Level 2 staff team and Level 3 (SLT).
Producing and advising on Child Protection Policy and procedures.
Consultancy and Support with the Early Help process, action planning and reviews.
Support with all paperwork and documentation connected to safeguarding.
Mentoring and supervision for DSL and DDSL's.
Our Team
The business is built on the Directors 35 years experience in Safeguarding, Inclusion, Management of residential children's homes, Training staff in safeguarding, managing safeguarding and Inclusion Hubs. The Director, Val Ritchie is Trained to Level 6 (Management), in Safeguarding and is a qualified Safeguarding Trainer, and has worked as a DSL for over 20 years.

We will support in caring manner to best meet individual and organisation needs, that will allow you and your team to give the best support possible to the children and young people in your care.

- Updating Policies, Training and Guidance on the new KCSiE document and it's implications for you, your organisation or school.
- Induction Packs for new staff to support you obligation to have staff trained as soon as possible.
